Assessments

The first step is to contact us to receive and complete our consent packet. Once consent is received, we’ll schedule an academic, developmental, and/or reading assessment in our office. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll prepare a detailed report and schedule a conference in our office to review the report and offer resources and recommendations. Once you are connected with resources, we follow up and reassess later to ensure resources and recommendations are beneficial. To start this process, contact us at 918-398-6127.
