Building All Children has partnered with churches that serve the community and support local teachers. First Baptist Church of Jenks provides an annual dinner for Jenks West Intermediate teachers. I was so impressed with the women from the church that spent hours planning and preparing the event.
When the teachers entered the dinner they were welcomed and greeted by the church’s staff. Every teacher received a number for the free giveaways. 
The women of the church spent months planning and multiple days decorating adding special detail to everything!
The room was full and it was amazing to see the church step up and serve the teachers and staff. “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people.” Ephesians 6:7
Not only did the teachers feel welcomed but they were served a special meal and delicious home-made desserts.
Building All Children provided each teacher a little gift…we wanted them to know that they are making a difference in children and we are grateful! We wanted to provide something that all teachers need and use…Sharpies are used daily:-)

80 gifts were delivered to the dinner! It was just a very small part of something so much bigger. The dinner and the event was amazing and we felt fortunate to provide gifts of appreciation. I sure hope the teachers and staff know the lives they are impacting and how grateful we are for all their hard work!

First Baptist Church of Jenks showed love to their neighbors. The Church showered these amazing teachers with great love!
