5th Annual Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction

It’s been an incredible year of growth for Building All Children and we’re constantly looking for new and exciting ways to get our community involved with helping us BUILD children and families.

This year’s Annual Benefit Dinner and Silent Auction will be held on Thursday, November 8th at Spain Ranch in Jenks. 6-9pm.

We expect hundreds of guests to hear about our non-profit program, and to learn how they can help Tulsa children.

Ticket options available:

  • 1 Ticket for $40 SOLD OUT
  • 8 Person Table $300 SOLD OUT
  • 10 Person Table $350 SOLD OUT

Corporate Sponsorships:

  • “BUILD” Corporate Sponsorship $500 (Includes: two event tickets; recognition during the event; and social media acknowledgment before and after the event) SOLD OUT
  • “ASSESS” Corporate Sponsorship $1,000 (Includes: four event tickets; recognition during the event; and social media acknowledgment before and after the event) SOLD OUT
  • “RESOURCE” Corporate Sponsorship $2,000 (Includes: one table for ten adult guests; recognition during the event; and social media acknowledgment before and after the event) SOLD OUT
  • “EMPOWER” Corporate Sponsorship $5,000 (Includes: one table for ten adult guests; engraved, donor recognition plaque; five complimentary raffle entries; prominent name recognition during the event and in the event program; social media acknowledgment before and after the event) SOLD OUT
Here’s What to Expect

What can I expect and how do I benefit?

You will enjoy a Silent Auction, catered dinner, and dessert while you hear incredible stories from children, families, and donors who have been touched by BAC. Kendra will share her amazing testimony and shed light on the hope that families receive through BAC. You will hear how we’ve grown, what new ideas and resources we’ve implemented this year, and how God is moving in the lives of our families.

Where do I park?

Valet parking will be provided on site and cash tips are suggested. BAC volunteers in black BUILD t-shirts will guide you to the valet service as you enter the property.

What should I wear?

Business-casual attire is suggested.

What’s for dinner?

Los Cabos will be catering dinner. Dessert, water, and tea will be provided as well.

Should I bring my checkbook or credit card?

Yes! Either or both will work. The Silent Auction items will be available for cash, check, or credit card and must be paid for at the event. Pledge cards will be available for immediate and ongoing giving. You may also give before, during, or after the event at www.buildingallchildren.org/donate/

How will my ticket and auction donations be spent?

100% of all donations and corporate sponsorships go directly toward building and serving our families.

Can my children come too?

Building All Children loves and serves children, but we have decided to reserve this specific evening for adult guests to hear and learn more about our program.
